Digital Products

All products sold on Arkarth are digital downloads. Once an order has been completed and the Excel model has been delivered or made available for download, the purchase is considered final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after purchase.

Please Review Before Purchasing

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, features, screenshots, sample outputs, compatibility requirements, and intended use before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions

A replacement copy or technical assistance may be provided in the following situations:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• The incorrect product was delivered.

• The file is incomplete due to an error on our part.

• A verified technical issue prevents access to the purchased file.

Requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, together with the order details and a description of the issue. Where applicable, Arkarth will provide a corrected file, replacement download, or appropriate technical support.

No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Purchasing the product by mistake.

• The product does not meet subjective expectations or preferences.

• The buyer no longer requires the product.

• Lack of knowledge of Microsoft Excel or financial modelling.

• Incompatibility with unsupported software or outdated versions of Excel.

• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

• The product being unsuitable for the buyer's specific project or assumptions.

• Requests made after the file has been downloaded or accessed, except as stated under the Exceptions section.

Product Compatibility

Unless otherwise stated, Arkarth Excel models are designed for Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or Excel 2021 and later versions). Functionality in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice, or other spreadsheet software is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All Excel models, templates, formulas, dashboards, layouts, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Arkarth.

The purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only. Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files.

• Upload the files to public websites or file-sharing platforms.

• Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of the work.

• Create competing commercial products using Arkarth's models without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Arkarth's Excel models are provided as analytical tools to assist with financial analysis and decision-making. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, users are responsible for independently verifying all calculations, assumptions, regulatory requirements, and project-specific inputs.

Arkarth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of any product.
